Refund Policy

At Chronos Inks, we take pride in creating luxury temporary tattoos designed to inspire and delight. We want you to love your purchase, but we understand that situations may arise where you may need to return or exchange an item.
1. Returns & Exchanges
- Due to the nature of our products (skin-applied temporary tattoos), we cannot accept returns or exchanges on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.
- Unopened and unused products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or store credit.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt).
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product arrived damaged or defective.
3. Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us at support@chronosinks.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Include your order number and clear photos of the issue.
- We will issue a replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
4. Refund Process
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of your refund status.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Non-Refundable Items
- Gift cards
- Sale items marked as “Final Sale”
- Opened or partially used tattoo packs
